Shipping Policy

Shipping Speed

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 weeks. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays and promotions, processing times may be extended. 

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as EMS to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Registered Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is completed correctly, including unit numbers and specific delivery instructions where needed. Due to the automation of our shipping systems, we are unable to change the delivery address once it is marked as shipped. Once the delivery has been handed to the carrier, you may be able to contact your local carrier using the tracking number provided to redirect your package.

Delivery Claims
We take great care in ensuring that your order is shipped promptly and with accurate tracking information. Once a package has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, it is considered complete, and any issues with delivery should be addressed with the carrier directly. In the rare case of a missing or lost package, please search your surroundings, check with family members or neighbors in case they have received it on your behalf. If you can not find the package, please contact the carrier as soon as possible to file a claim and provide us with the claim number for further assistance. Japan Best Offer cannot be held responsible for packages marked as ‘Delivered’ by the carrier but not received by the customer. We are unable to refund or send new product for above reasons. If you receive the incorrect order or a product that is damaged, please refer to our returns policy.
