Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a full return, the product must be unopened and uneaten, in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must also be in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@tsubisoup.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
Returnable items include:
- Purchases within the past 30 days
- Damaged goods
- Unopened cartons and packages
- Opened/sampled cartons 75%~ of contents remaining
Items not included in our Returns Policy are the following:
- Items purchased over 30 days ago
- Opened/sampled cartons less than 75% of contents remaining
- Empty cartons
- In-store purchases
- 3rd Party purchases (i.e. Amazon)
- International orders
- Unshipped returns
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Once we have confirmed the return, our customer service team will send you a return slip you can use with USPS to ship the product back to our warehouse.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer support team at info@japanbestoffer.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
